We are building a small, evidence-driven research organisation, not a generic recruitment board.
We look for people who can work carefully with incomplete evidence, explain their reasoning and leave behind something another researcher can inspect and use.

We separate research status from commercial delivery. A claim should survive a reviewer asking how we know.
Human judgement stays in the loop
Our systems support scientists; they do not replace the people accountable for the research.

The Graduate Research Associate Programme is being prepared as a proposed 12-week, part-time, remote pilot for postgraduate researchers in Nigeria. No vacancy is open for application yet.

Graduate Research Associate Programme
A first research cohort.
A small interdisciplinary cohort contributing to ASR Lab’s scientific research, CIRRA development, scientific software and scientific operations.

The programme is proposed as a paid pilot. Compensation, start date and application deadlines will be published only after they are confirmed.
How recruitment works
Application → Screening → Assessment → Interview → Decision.
We review the application, the evidence you provide and a bounded practical exercise. The exercise is designed to take no more than about 90 minutes and is not unpaid production work.
