New reasoning framework for circRNA ranking published

Our framework for the evidence-grounded ranking of circular RNA biomarkers has been published in Nucleic Acids Research. The work sets out how statistical signal can be combined with mechanistic evidence drawn from the literature to prioritise candidates.

Central to the method is explainability: every ranking is traceable to the evidence that produced it. We believe this is a precondition for trust in computational discovery, not an optional extra.

The framework underpins the reasoning at the heart of CIRRA and will continue to evolve as we extend it across additional transcriptomic entities.
