Scientific problem

Research teams can face long candidate lists produced by statistical association, literature review or preliminary experiments; the immediate need is a transparent way to combine evidence, expose uncertainty and decide what is worth validating.

Translational research teams with a defined disease or phenotype, intended specimen context, target modality and access to relevant internal or public evidence.

What ASR does

Refine the question, intended use and candidate criteria; review available study design, data and public evidence; agreed exploratory analysis or evidence synthesis; transparent prioritisation criteria; candidate rationale with supporting evidence, conflicts and gaps; validation questions and next experiments. Exclusions: No claim of clinical validity, diagnostic performance, causal mechanism or successful wet-lab validation. The sprint prioritises hypotheses; it does not certify a biomarker.
